Hallowscream UK Terms and Conditions

No admission without your printed e-ticket. No photocopies accepted. Ticket valid on date shown only and cannot be used again once scanned upon entry. Proof of age will be required to validate ticket for certain areas including bar. No ID, No Access.

Management reserve right to refuse entry to the event. Security will refuse entry to anyone drunk. Bags will be searched: no own alcohol allowed. Obviously, this is a drug free event.

No admittance after 11pm.

1. You are not permitted to bring alcohol to the event. Clothing and bag searches will take place before Admissions, refusal to be searched will result in refusal of entry. Any alcohol or illegal substances found will be confiscated and destroyed. Alcohol is served within specified bar areas at HallowScream UK for over 18's only. Photographic Identification will be required and will only be accepted in the form of driving licence, passports or Over 18 Safe cards.  Failure to produce this will result in refusal of entry. No ID, No Access.

2.This is a 13+ event until 11pm (with some 18+ areas). From 11pm 18+ only. Bars serving alcohol will be open for over 18's only. Strictly no entry to bar areas for under 18's. Under 16's must be accompanied by at adult. Entry to Rides closes at 10pm. Entry to Scare Zones closes at 10.30pm. Live bands and DJs from 7.30pm until 12.30am.

3. Arrive early. HallowScream starts at 7pm - don't miss out by late arrival!

4. You will be issued wristbands, which allow over 18's entry to bars and allow everyone entry to the four Scare Zones (The Haunting, Twisted Funhouse, The Twilight Zone and The Slaughterhouse). You will be admitted to each once and once only. Make the most of your time in each...who knows when your time is up...!

5. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the event, park, rides and scare zones as a result of any anti-social behaviour including line jumping, drunk, disorderly, abusive behaviour.  Security will refuse access to scarezones and rides to anyone over the drink-drive limit. Inappropriate behaviour may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

6. Smoking only in specified smoking areas (see map on arrival).

7. No place-holding in attraction queues.

8. No food, drink, bottles, matches, lighters or recording / flash photography allowed in the Scare Zones.

9. Use of flashlights or laser pens is prohibited.

10. Do not touch or mistreat the creepy characters you will meet along the way - THEY KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE AND YES, THEY WILL BITE!

11. No admission to rides or scare zones if you are over the drink-drive limit. This rule will be strictly enforced. Decision of security staff is final. No Refunds.

Failure to follow the above rules may result in eviction from the park without refund.

Mistreatment of staff, other guests or property will result in eviction from the park without refund.

There will be photography and filming taking place during the event, please avoid any of these aresa if you do not wish to be filmed.
